Terms

General- I'm pretty rigid in what I don't draw, you may try, but know that the chances of me agreeing are very slim.- You have no permission to sell my art in any way.- You may post the art on your social media's, but proper credit is required. I'm on Instagram under wellthatwasntverynice and on Twitter under wellthatwasnt. Tag me and credit me using something like 'art made by wellthatwasntverynice'.- I may post the art on my social media's as well, if you have any problem with that, let me know and we will figure something out.- Any work done on the commission is still my work, the character or idea belongs to you, but rejected sketches, color paletes, poses, etc. remain my intellectual property.Payment- Payment will be through PayPal. Please keep in mind any fees PayPal might charge while commissioning me.- Payment will be made after you approve the sketch. You have 72 hours to fulfill the payment, if you don't fullfill the payment on time I have the right to refuse the commission.- I currently only accept Euro's and USD.- I am not responsible for any changes in fees that PayPal might make.Cancellation- You have the right to cancel the commission.
- If no work has been done or you don't approve of the sketch the project can easily be cancelled.- Since payment is made after approval of the sketch, I do not offer refunds.Progress-Commissions may take up to a month.- If any life occurences on my side might delay the process, you will be notified as soon as possible. If this delay ends up being too long for your liking, you are free to cancel the commission and get a full refund.- If you chose a colored piece, I'll send you the flat colored piece (as well as the sketch for approval) to check if the colors are to your liking and if any changes need to be made, before I continue coloring.- All progress pieces will have a watermark to protect me from theft.Receiving the finished piece- After I finish the piece I will send it and if you want little things fixed that can still be done.Small things are:
- changing some colors
- small mistakes you notice that I might have missed
- things that take less than 10 minutes to fix- If you are happy with the finished piece I will render the full piece in a higher resolution and send it to you via e-mail. If you'd like to recieve the full piece in another way, let me know and we will figure something out.If you still have any questions feel free to contact me!
